Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By booking a delivery through Pack Flyer, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Area

Pack Flyer currently provides delivery services within designated service areas. Deliveries outside our coverage area may be declined or subject to additional charges.

3. Payment & COD Policy

  • • Pack Flyer provides Cash on Delivery (COD) collection services.
  • • Pack Flyer does not charge a COD collection fee.
  • • Instead, a mandatory 1% Product Protection Fee will be deducted from the declared product value entered during order placement.
  • • The declared product value must accurately reflect the market value of the shipment.
  • • False or misleading declarations may result in rejection of compensation claims.

4. Product Protection & Compensation

  • • The 1% Product Protection Fee provides eligibility for compensation in the event of verified loss or physical damage during transportation.
  • • Compensation shall be based on the declared product value entered by the customer.
  • • Compensation is limited to the declared product value up to BDT 5,000.
  • • All claims are subject to Pack Flyer's verification and approval process.
  • • Pack Flyer reserves the right to request invoices, purchase records, photographs, or any supporting documentation before approving a claim.

5. COD Settlement

  • • COD collections are settled once every week.
  • • Payments may be transferred through Bank Transfer or bKash.
  • • Applicable bank charges, MFS charges, taxes, or transaction fees will be deducted from the settlement amount.
  • • Cash settlements may be collected from the Pack Flyer office by prior appointment.

6. Packaging Requirements

Customers must ensure that:

  • • Products are completely packed before pickup.
  • • Frozen food products are handed over in properly frozen or adequately iced condition.
  • • Packaging is leak-proof, secure, and suitable for transportation.
  • • Products are properly sealed and protected from damage during transit.

Pack Flyer reserves the right to refuse pickup of improperly packed or unsafe shipments.

7. Pickup Policy

  • • Products must be ready before the scheduled pickup.
  • • Pickup representatives may contact customers before arrival.
  • • A Failed Pickup Charge may apply if the shipment is not ready.

8. Failed Delivery Policy

If the recipient is unavailable, does not answer calls, refuses delivery, or cannot be located, Pack Flyer will attempt delivery again on the next business day where operationally feasible.

If the second attempt fails:

  • • Shipment will be returned to the sender.
  • • Applicable forward and return delivery charges will apply.

9. Returned Shipments

Returned shipments may remain at Pack Flyer for up to seven (7) calendar days.

  • • Storage charge: BDT 100 per product per day after seven days.
  • • Unclaimed products may be disposed of or liquidated in accordance with applicable laws to recover outstanding charges.

10. Order Cut-Off Times

Regular Delivery
  • • Last Order Entry: 4:00 PM
  • • Orders before 4:00 PM: Pickup same day, delivery next business day.
  • • Orders after 4:00 PM: Pickup next business day, delivery following business day.
  • • Example: Tuesday after 4 PM → Pickup Wednesday → Delivery Thursday.
Same-Day Delivery
  • • Last Order Entry: 12:30 PM
  • • Estimated Delivery: 8–10 Hours
Express Delivery
  • • Last Order Entry: 5:00 PM
  • • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 Hours

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond Pack Flyer's control.

11. Weight Verification

Delivery charges are calculated based on the actual weight measured by Pack Flyer. If the declared weight differs from the measured weight, delivery charges will be adjusted accordingly.

12. Customer Responsibilities

  • • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
  • • Provide correct recipient phone numbers.
  • • Declare the correct product value.
  • • Ensure products comply with applicable food safety and legal requirements.

13. Cold Chain Responsibility

Customers are responsible for handing over frozen products in proper frozen or chilled condition. Pack Flyer maintains the cold chain only after successful pickup.

Pack Flyer shall not be liable for spoilage resulting from products that were improperly frozen, inadequately packed, or already compromised before pickup.

14. Waiting Time

Pickup and delivery include up to 10 minutes of waiting time. Additional waiting time may result in extra charges or rescheduling.

15. Address Changes

  • • May incur additional delivery charges.
  • • May extend delivery times.
  • • May be declined where operationally impractical.

16. Proof of Delivery

Delivery may be confirmed through:

  • • Recipient signature
  • • OTP verification
  • • Delivery photograph
  • • Digital confirmation recorded by Pack Flyer

Such confirmation constitutes valid proof of delivery.

17. Restricted Shipments

  • • Illegal products
  • • Hazardous materials
  • • Dangerous chemicals
  • • Explosives
  • • Live animals
  • • Prohibited goods
  • • Any unsafe or unlawful shipment

18. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Pack Flyer shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, weather, political events, government restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, public emergencies, or force majeure events.

19. Liability Limitations

  • • Manufacturing defects
  • • Product quality issues existing before pickup
  • • Incorrect customer information
  • • Product expiry
  • • Lost business opportunities
  • • Lost profits
  • • Indirect or consequential damages

20. Claims Procedure

Claims should be reported promptly after delivery or notification of loss.

Pack Flyer may request:

  • • Invoice or purchase documents
  • • Product photographs
  • • Packaging evidence
  • • Proof of declared value
  • • Any other information reasonably required

21. Right to Refuse Service

  • • Abuse employees
  • • Ship prohibited goods
  • • Attempt fraud
  • • Repeatedly violate company policies
  • • Maintain unpaid balances

22. Outstanding Payments

Pack Flyer reserves the right to withhold COD settlements, suspend services, or refuse future bookings until all outstanding charges have been fully settled.

23. Holiday & Emergency Operations

Service schedules may change during public holidays, political unrest, natural disasters, or emergency situations.

24. Privacy & Data

Customer information is collected solely for operational, billing, legal, and service-related purposes and will be handled in accordance with Pack Flyer's Privacy Policy.

25. Policy Updates

Pack Flyer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, pricing, operational policies, and service offerings at any time. Updated policies become effective upon publication on the Pack Flyer website.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
