"In 2018, I founded Pack Flyer with a simple belief: entrepreneurs deserve better operational support to grow their businesses. My journey began in the e-commerce industry, where I personally experienced many of the challenges faced by growing businesses. Managing inventory, handling customer expectations, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining consistent operations often required more time and effort than building the business itself. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the obstacles entrepreneurs face every day.

Then came the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic accelerated digital adoption across Bangladesh and inspired thousands of entrepreneurs to launch businesses online. As demand for e-commerce services surged, numerous logistics and delivery companies entered the market. Some succeeded, some disappeared, but nearly all remained focused on supporting traditional e-commerce.

During this period, I began noticing a different challenge. I was frequently approached by food entrepreneurs who were struggling with issues that conventional logistics providers were not designed to solve. Their products required specialized handling, proper storage, temperature control, and reliable fulfillment processes. Unlike traditional e-commerce products, food demanded an entirely different operational infrastructure.

The more I listened, the more I realized that while the e-commerce ecosystem was evolving rapidly, the food industry remained significantly underserved.

This realization led me to dedicate the next three years to research, development, testing, and continuous refinement. Rather than creating another delivery company, I wanted to build a practical infrastructure solution specifically for food businesses.

The outcome was a simple yet powerful model: Pick. Store. Deliver. A solution designed to help food entrepreneurs focus on growth while we handle the operational complexities behind the scenes.

Today, Pack Flyer stands among the pioneering companies in Bangladesh dedicated to building fulfillment and cold-chain infrastructure specifically for food businesses and food e-commerce brands. We are proud to have supported thousands of orders and partnered with hundreds of growing food brands, helping them scale their operations with greater confidence and efficiency.

Our growth story has been different from many startups. Pack Flyer is a proudly bootstrapped company. We have never relied on aggressive cash burns, unsustainable discounts, or short-term strategies to gain market share. Instead, we believe healthy industries are built through responsible business practices, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

We intentionally choose to work with a limited number of clients, allowing us to maintain the service quality, reliability, and attention to detail that our partners expect from us.

Looking ahead, I remain incredibly optimistic about the future of Bangladesh's food industry. I believe that by 2035, the country's processed food, ready-to-cook, and food e-commerce sectors will evolve into billion-dollar markets, creating tremendous opportunities for entrepreneurs and brands nationwide.

As that future unfolds, Pack Flyer will continue investing in the infrastructure, technology, and expertise needed to support the industry's growth. Our ambition is not simply to participate in this transformation we aim to help build the foundation that makes it possible.

As an engineer, I have always approached challenges through systems, processes, and continuous improvement. I hold a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical Power & Energy Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). My professional journey has also provided opportunities to work alongside government institutions and national development programs, where precision, responsibility, and transparency are essential to success.

While my background was not rooted in entrepreneurship, I have come to realize that the principles behind successful development projects are remarkably similar to those that drive successful businesses. Whether serving citizens, stakeholders, or customers, long-term success depends on trust, integrity, and the ability to consistently fulfill commitments.
