PACK FLYER FROZEN STORAGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. A refundable security deposit equal to one (1) month’s storage fee is required prior to activation of service.
  2. Monthly subscription fees must be paid in advance before the start of each billing cycle.
  3. A grace period of 3 (three) calendar days may be allowed for payment delays. After the grace period, a late payment charge may apply.
  4. Late payment will incur a penalty of 12% per week on the outstanding amount until full settlement.
  5. Pack Flyer reserves the right to immediately suspend access to services, including product release and pickup, in case of overdue payments.
  6. No product shall be released, transferred, or dispatched while any outstanding dues remain unpaid.
  7. If payment is delayed beyond 15 (fifteen) days, Pack Flyer reserves the right to classify the account as “inactive”, and storage access may be restricted.
  8. If payment is delayed beyond 30 (thirty) days, Pack Flyer reserves the right to initiate disposal, auction, or liquidation procedures of stored goods after due notice, in order to recover outstanding charges, subject to applicable laws.
  9. All stored goods remain under lien with Pack Flyer until full payment of all dues, including storage fees, penalties, and additional service charges.
  10. Customers must ensure timely payment even if they are not actively using or collecting stored products.
  11. Failure to use or collect stored goods does not waive monthly charges.
  12. Storage fees continue to apply until written notice of termination and full clearance of inventory is completed.
  13. Any delay in payment will automatically extend storage liability and associated charges.
  14. Pack Flyer shall not be responsible for business losses, missed sales, expired opportunities, or market-related losses due to suspension of services.
  15. Pack Flyer reserves the right to refuse service to accounts with repeated late payment history.
  16. Any additional handling, repacking, inventory reconciliation, or special operational support may incur additional charges.
  17. Customers must ensure all products are properly labeled, sealed, and compliant with food safety regulations before storage.
  18. Pack Flyer reserves the right to reject or remove any product that is unsafe, damaged, or improperly stored.
  19. All goods stored are at the customer’s risk with respect to inherent product quality, shelf life, and marketability.
  20. Insurance coverage (if applicable) is subject to insurer terms, exclusions, and claim approval processes.
  21. Pack Flyer’s liability shall be limited to the value covered under insurance or storage fees paid, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.
  22. Customers authorize Pack Flyer to hold and manage goods as collateral until all dues are cleared.
  23. Pack Flyer reserves the right to update pricing, policies, or operational terms with prior notice.
  24. Force majeure events (including power failure beyond backup capacity, natural disasters, or government restrictions) may affect service continuity, and Pack Flyer shall not be held liable for such disruptions.
  25. Customers must maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report any discrepancies.
  26. Product collection or release shall only be made to authorized individuals designated by the customer.
  27. Customers must provide reasonable advance notice for inventory withdrawal, collection, or dispatch requests.
  28. Pack Flyer may require identification, authorization documents, or verification before releasing products.
  29. Distribution hub and pickup services are subject to warehouse operating procedures and availability.
  30. Pack Flyer reserves the right to limit, suspend, or modify pickup and distribution services when necessary for operational reasons.
  31. Pack Flyer shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, utility failures, or events beyond reasonable control.
  32. While Pack Flyer maintains backup systems and operational safeguards, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed under all circumstances.
  33. Customers agree that Pack Flyer's liability for any proven claim shall be limited to the amount specified under the applicable insurance coverage or the storage fees paid, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.
  34. Customers shall indemnify and hold harmless Pack Flyer from claims, penalties, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from their products, business operations, regulatory violations, or third-party disputes.
  35. Pack Flyer reserves the right to inspect stored products and related documentation where required for operational, safety, or regulatory purposes.
  36. Any misuse of warehouse facilities, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
  37. Pack Flyer reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to customers.
  38. These terms are binding upon acceptance of any storage package or delivery of goods to Pack Flyer facilities.
